I needed to have part of my roof and soffit replaced. I asked and got proposals from many contractors in the Wayne County NY , to bid on this job. Helping Hands was the only one who seemed to care about what was going to be done to my home. Unlike the others, his proposal was articulate and had everything that was going to be done, in writing, item by item. During our meeting he was up front about all costs and possible hidden problems that could show up when the old roof was removed. He was also the ONLY one who could and did provide certificates of insurance. He also provided an end of job date for work to be completed. On the day work started he and his crew show up when promised. They worked well together; they were not rowdy or loud and were careful about the property. The materials used were as promised and no corners were cut. (Which were equal to or better than the other proposals). When the job was completed, his crew cleaned all debris and actually left my yard cleaner than when they started. The dumpster was removed promptly the next day. Rocky was a pleasure to do business with and I would not hesitate to hire him again, or to recommend his company to others.
