Customer service could be a little better, could have been better communication

Job went well. Workers arrived, surveyed the trees and went right to work. Moved lights and other yard decorations to prevent damage. Cut down large overhanging branches and cleaned up the area.

Team Smith Tree Service did a great job cutting down very large, dead branches from a gigantic tree in my backyard; that I was scared were going to eventually fall onto and damage my new roof. They also removed a ton of shrubs and small trees around my yard and cut some tree branches in my front yard that were close to power lines. Price was very fair. They were also very responsive and did a great job cleaning up and hauling away all the wood that was cut and trimmed. I highly recommend them!!

Joe Sr. was very responsive and gave a quote and date immediately for the job, I like some other companies. Joe and his team were prompt and very professional the day of the service. They removed multiple trees from my yard and additionally some branches from other trees on the property. They are coming back to complete the job to have the tree stumps ground down. Team Smith Tree Service Inc, called me immediately after I requested online quote to schedule an estimate. They came out the same afternoon to review work to be done and provide me with an estimate. They scheduled the work for the following day. They showed up on time, as scheduled, were prompt, professional, cleaned everything up and did an excellent job overall. I consulted Angie's List and Joe called within minutes. He came to the house for a free estimate in the middle of the storm. The tree was going to come down so he called his associate and took the tree down in the pouring rain. He also removed a bunch of dead branches that were dangerously hanging over our driveway. I was so impressed and grateful that the job was able to done during the storm. They were very professional and prompt. The price was great. I am so happy with this service and I highly recommend them!
