Called for service and got answering machine. Left message and Gore Electric promptly called me back. Explained the problem and they were here the next day. I received a call from them in the morning advising me of the time they would arrive. They were right on time! After a thorough examination and test I was advised of the problem. Parts were ordered. Promptly returned when the parts came in. Briggs and Stratton agreed to pay for the parts and I would pay for the labor as the generator only had 41 hours on it.
Very easy to work with. Total professionals. I couldn't have asked for a better company.

Despite being very busy with storm damage and outages, John's office was able to contact him on the road and direct him to our house within 6 hours of call. Did his job and explained what went wrong and what he was doing.
