We wanted to buy heartworm medication online but were told we needed to see the vet to make sure the dog had been tested. The dog had been to the vets a month or so before and when I asked the vet why she wasn't tested then for the heartworm they couldn't give a reason. About 2 or 3 weeks after taking the dog for the heartworm test we received a post card telling us that the dog was due for a 3 year innoculation for something else. I asked why this wasn't done on the recent last visit and was told that it would have been too early for the dog to get the shot. (A 3 year shot cannot be given a week or 2 early?)

Chatham Small Animal Hosp originated (and hopefully continues) as Equine Medical Center. Jerry Bilinski DVM and his associates cared for my two horses for 24 years. My horses have both since died at an old age, but I have the greatest regard for Jerry and his staff for their knowledge, professionalism, and humanity. They always show the utmost regard for the animals and owners alike. They have always taken a practical approach, never suggesting procedures that serve nothing but their bottom line. They are capable of the most sophisticated care, but will only pursue it if that is in the best interests of all involved. If I ever own another large or small animal, I will want no other vets than these.

Small cage, did not look like litter box was changed frequently. Young lady who took my instructions was not paying attention. I had to repeat them to someone else on staff. She is an older cat with very specific food and medication needs. In general, not very professional or caring.

They are okay but I did not find them very responsive. They were slow in getting test results back to me and I had to kind of chase them to get the information. I will not use them again in the future.

They've been our vets for 4 cats. We've always been happy with their treatment and care.

Dr. Tomaski is really good. This facility offers a lot of services for small animals and they are always really helpful and knowledgeable. They have taken good care of our frogs. We like the services and the prices. They are flexible and helpful.
