They did not repair holes in the wood, just laid tar paper on top of the rotted old wood. My ceiling has leaked continuously since the installation. John came 2-3 times to put tar on the roof (and spill it on the siding). The ceiling in my bathroom has been destroyed from the leaks; my dining room ceiling and 1 wall are damaged. Three separate times John promised to come and makes repairs, inside and out, but never showed up. Now John won't answer my calls. He gave me a 10-year warranty and wouldn't stand behind it for even 10 weeks.
