After having and repairing damage from 3 separate leaks, we called Citywide because they came up in a Bing search and local to where we live. The owner John said he was finishing up a job and would be there ASAP....he came as promised and did some investigating inside the house, then went up on the ladder (the first one to do that) and saw the windows and siding on the 2nd floor were the problem. He peeled back the window frame and saw a huge gap between the siding and window frames. When we have a driving rain, the rain just pours through this gap and causes another leak! He and my husband discussed the job and John quoted him between $1300 and $1600 depending on what he would find when he started the job. He told us he'd be back first thing in the morning. About an hour later, he called and said it was going to rain heavy in the morning, so they couldn't start in the morning, but after his daughters school play that evening, he was going to come by and cover up the opening he made when he was there in the afternoon, so the rain that was coming tomorrow would not be a further issue. We were amazed! True to his word he came back that evening and was on the roof doing what he said he would. Finally the rain stopped and first thing in the morning a day later, my work was being done as promised. The siding had to be ripped off and replaced properly, the windows, re-flashed and caulked, gutters reinstalled.
