Nassau & Suffolk Hardwood Floors

We had Jimmy refinish and stain the first floor of our home and could not have been happier. The floors came beautiful! Jimmy and his crew were so easy to work with. They completed the work in the time period provided and the results were incredible. Jimmy will be coming back to do our upstairs in the near future.

Jimmy was extremely professional. He came and did what he said he was going to do. He did my basement stairs and it was a trying job. It was hard to get the stairs in but he did so. And the clean up was good as well. If I need future flooring I know where to go.

I could not have been happier working with Jimmy on our project. He arrived on time on day 1, always responded when we had questions via email or phone. Jimmy also had a terrific crew to assist with the job. Jimmy and his crew were very neat and always left for the day after a thorough cleanup. I will be using him on all future projects we have planed for our house. So glad we met and used Jimmy for the project. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

They worked efficiently and cleaned up. They provided the product they promised and explained what they were doing. Polite. The staircase looks beautiful. I love the fancy curve in the handrail as it wraps around the wall.

We had a lot of projects in our new home and Jim and his crew were very attentive to our needs and to our view. Initially hired them to install stair railing and finish our hardwood floor but ended up adding more projects to our Reno including bathrooms. They were very punctual and hard working they even worked a few weekends to make sure that they finished all the renovations in our new house before we moved in. Pricing was Fair and they finished on time. They also really care that the customer is 100% satisfied with the work. They are Honest, trustworthy and dependable. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The floor had to be redone several times due to bubbles, marks and other issues. Finally, we were so disgusted with the mess that we accepted the work. Recently, we noticed many areas of the floor that appeared to be peeling; we contacted Nassau and Suffolk Hardwood Floors. They said that they would come this past Sunday, March 17th. They never showed-up and did not have the coutesy to call. We continued to try and reach them. However, they never returned our calls. I suggest you remove them from your list of reliable contractors.

I had prefinished hardwood floors installed they gave me a good rate for what I needed done..Jimmy and his crew were on time for the install. Upon completion of the job which took a day they cleaned up and guareented i would have no problems with the floors...these guys were professional and i would definitely use them again and would highly recommend then as well..

Jimmy was proffesional and he really seem to care about how well my floors came out. He was easy to talk to when I wanted the stain on my floor to look a little darker then I originally decided on. he understood my concern and did what he needed to do to make the change without any complaints. they finished quickly,cleanly and my floors look perfect.
