The central A/C unit at my 90-year-old father's house needed to be replaced. He is not an easy person to please, and he was very happy with the workmanship, customer service and price.

I can not say enough about the treatment received from this company. The owner cared, sat with me and answered all my questions regardless of how stupid I thought they might sound and was so patient. They honestly really CARE! Regardless of my age and gender nothing was left to guess work, as I have seen too much in the past (26 years worth) = They were concerned about my fears and mental state to make this job go smooth, calming me down due to past endeavors. It was great! My prayers were answered! I got the best! Highly recommend CJM Building, LLC now and in the years to come. They are honest, tidy, respectful and ever so wonderful. I cannot say enough good about this company, This situation was refreshing to find, as I prayed I would and those prayers were answered. I personally want this company back.

We called with what seemed to us to be an emergency and the company got us in right away. The serviceman, Mark, was very courteous, professional, and hardworking. He arrived on time and worked diligently, the whole time he was here. We were pleasantly surprised to see that Mark took the time after he had repaired our A/C to clean up and leave things the way he found them. He wore a face mask and practiced social distancing while he was here. We were very pleased with the service and have already recommended them to our next-door neighbor.

Mr. Carpenter, the owner, was very friendly, responded quickly to questions and concerns, reviewed the options and set realistic expectations. His crew was efficient and left the site clean and neat. I would definitely recommend for all HVAC needs.
