Responsive to request for estimate. Written contract substituted 3 gallon plants for 4.5-foot plants. complained. substituted 5-gal. plants. Turned out OK but not as high as 4.5 feet. Gave us $100 off. Not notified of time of installation. However, crew was professional and thorough. As of now (1 month later) , plants are doing well.
