Michael Tompkins has worked diligently for 32 years to build Tomson Window. No small task as 90% of construction businesses fail within the first 5 years. In the beginning, Michael began by doing both estimating and installation solo. As the company grew, installation and exterior trim crews were added, to better allow Michael to focus his time building customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customers will continue to see Michael doing all in-home estimates himself. Tomson Window also had the privilege of buying factory direct from suppliers to keep your costs down. This is mainly due to carrying all the proper insurances, maintaining an outstanding credit rating, and an excellent standing with both the community, and the Better Business Bureau. Michael maintains that Tomson Window carries a superior product with the finest warranty in the industry. Tomson Window is located in the heart of Niagara Falls at 4829 Tomson Ave. at the corner of 56th Street and Niagara Falls Blvd.

Owner came out in evening to review need; provided estimate next day. Upon agreement for work, placed order which arrived ahead of time. Scheduled work shortly thereafter. Crew as pleasant and efficient. Owner noticed broken seal on window installed several years prior; ordered and installed replacement. Recommend this company and owner.

The owner of the company came by promptly to measure and gave me an quote within a day. Windows were ordered and Tomson had them in about 3 weeks from the manufacturer. They called, and scheduled an install date within a few days. The crew was professional and courteous, and were done in a few hours. The outside trim was then finished the following week. Very neat work. Windows themselves are Energy Star certified and I can tell already that the house will be a lot more efficient in the cold weather. The overall price was exactly the same as my quote.

I had used Tomson Windows in the past and had a great experience so I called up Mike again for my newest project. What I liked the best about this company was there is not pushy sales pitch that other window companies love to use. Mike simply comes out, measures, and then answers any questions you have, warranty information, and then gives you the quote. Crew came out and was nice and neat. About 5-7 days later someone else comes over to finish outside work. Everything looks beautiful and I would gladly use them again. Price is also very reasonable. Thanks Mike again for another great experience!

I could not be happier with the service and windows. They were on time, friendly, professional and they did a great job. They installed and wrapped 7 windows in 1 day. It had rained that morning, so when they came in the first thing they did was put cardboard down on the carpet so they wouldn't get it dirty. I cannot say enought good things about the crew that was at my house. The windows are perfect, they are safe and they fold in for cleaning and they look amazing. They even stained the trim inside the window to match my existing sills. Not only did they give me the best price, they gave me the best service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows.

They did a fantastic job. They did not leave any mess. They took off all the old windows and put new ones. They did not leave any cleanup job for me. The quality of job was fantastic. They have not changed over the years. They keep their employees and that is something that I like. They know what they are doing. Their reputation in the city is very good.
