We weren't happy. It was the first time we used them. They showed up but the quality was not good. We had a rainstorm after they came and one of the elbows on the gutter was jammed up and we had water leaking out all over. It was cheap but I got what I paid for too. I'm not using this guy again. Two gentleman came out and they were very nice I just didn't like the quality. They were responsive. Everything was good except the quality.

Rick is a very nice guy, and I probably will call him again in the future. We needed someone within the week and were able to find someone in the approx. price range to perform the work. When I called Rick, he was very nice on the phone and agreed to remove us from the calendar. I will definitely call Rick again, when we have a better time frame.

Gutters on second story got a lot of debree in them during the winter/late fall. Rick cleaned out all the leave/muck debree and left it in a trash bag for disposal. Literally came the day after I called him.

Everything was done as promised. He was punctual and professional.

Never returned call.

Rick and his helper arrived by 8 am and had completed the whole house by mid-afternoon. Some of the Windows needed extra TLC with an acid wash to get a good result. Rick inspected the job and went back to improve the results on several large sliding glass doors. I had a painter coming to paint afterward and he commented on the good job Rick's crew did. I would definitely have Rick back to wash on a annual basis and expect that the annual job would run only $75 since they have received a deep cleaning.

It was better than expected. It was like we didn't even know he was here. I would recommend him.

I called on July 3rd to get an estimate on gutter cleaning. He told me the price over the phone, which was great. I asked when they could come out and he said they were actually working on July 4th, so it should be either July 4th or 5th. I made arrangements to stay home both days, since he did not mention that I didn't have to be home when the cleaning took place. No one showed up or called on either day. I called back on the 6th to ask when the service was gong to take place, since I had some appointments that week and wanted to work around them. He said it and quot;should beand quot; sometime that week. I thought they would at least call ahead to schedule a day, but I didn't get a call all week. My plan was to just call another place on Monday, since it had been a week and a half at that point, and I had heard nothing, but I while I was away for the day that Saturday, they showed up and cleaned the gutters and left a bill in the mailbox. The service itself and price were fine, but I think there was a lack in professionalism with the scheduling and communication. If I had known what the procedure and time frame was from the start, I would not have made special arrangements to stay home and try to work around other appointments.
