Furniture - Sales
The sales people were very nice to us when they knew we were there to spend money but after we spent almost $5000 on a new bedroom set we were not happy with the mattress and box springs that we got. We were told that we could return them and when I went to do so it cost us $300 to return a two month old mattress to get a new one. That one still was not good we were not willing to spend that money again so we ended up having to sell our mattress and box spring on Craigslist and went to another retailer. We got a much better mattress. We did not like the professionalism once there was a problem with their product and we will never be back again. Too bad because we just bought a new home and planned on furnishing it through Raymour and Flanigan
