I am very happy with the service. The place I went before was not honest and made many mistakes on my car. They also walk me through the options and never do anything without clearing it with me first.

We have never had a problem with them at all! We have always had a great experience with him. He does what is needed and doesn't try to take your money.

I found Premiere on Angie's list. I called them, John responded professionally and agreed to see me the same day. I dropped off the car around 9am. They called me at about 11:30am with an estimate and agreed to deliver the car before closing. They called me at 16:30pm to tell me that the car was complete. The work was done flawlessly and I believe the price was very fair. I will be using Premiere here in Niagara Falls on Military Road for all the work I need they provide in the future. It was a great experience actually; I was very pleasantly surprised. Oh, and the bill was professional too.

CALLED THE SHOPand EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM. JOHN {the owner} made an appointment for later that morning. Showed me the problem, and explained the cost's involved. My car is now QUIET again and I'm very happy!!

My car was hit on the passenger side by another vehicle in a hit and run accident about five years ago. I had the door fixed at a different repair shop but after the accident the power window on the passenger side would not roll back up if I rolled the window down. My rear driver's side window also had the same problem. I waited for years to get it fixed because I thought it would be an expensive repair. The owner, John, quoted me $400 for the total estimated repair. He called every parts supplier, dealership, supply store and junkyard in the WNY area to get replacement switches, but couldn't find any. So his mechanics replaced the switches with the parts they had and spent most of the day fixing the windows. However, when the car was ready John only charged me for one hour of labor plus tax. A job that should have cost me $400 ended up costing me only $81.00! I would recommend Premier Car Care for any car repair issue. They're always honest, they never add on expensive charges or try to do the easiest repair that costs more money. They look for ways to repair things that are more cost effective, but they don't cut corners or do a shoddy job. If you need to get your car inspected or fixed for any reason, go to Premier.
