NIAGARA MOBILE HOME SVC

I would not call this company again. I own a modular home and my water heater was leaking so the floor and carpet were wet. This man gave me an estimate for $1500 to replace the water heater and advised me to file an insurance claim because I needed to replace the drywall, wall board, flooring and possibly the sub-floor under the house because of black mold infestation and he couldn't give me an estimate for that work until he got under my house.. Granted, there was a small amount of mold on the bottom of the wall where the water was sitting, but it could be handled with bleach. I thanked him for coming over and told him I'd get back to him. About 20 minutes later he called me and said he felt sorry for me so he'd lower the price for the water heater replacement to $1200. I had another plumber come over the next morning. His estimate was for $800 and he advised me to wipe the area down with bleach water can cut off a small portion of the wall board where there was a small amount of water damage and that would take care of it. I googled the cost of the water heater before anyone came into my house, so I had an idea of what it was going to have to spend. I would not call Niagara Mobile Home Service again.
