A guy named Scott came to my house over 3 weeks ago after I called for an estimate for an awning. He came late and took some measurements and pictures of my patio to be covered after I explained what I needed. He did not bring anything to show me nor did he leave any pamphlets etc. about their products. He made an appointment with me to come back in a couple of days for an estimate. He did not show up so I called him and he said we will come by in a couple of days. Just flat out stiffed me. He never came by this time too so I called again and spoke to him and again he told me he will come by. I never heard from him! I guess this company just does not want my business. Very unprofessional treatment.

I have never had such an experience with a contractor. I will look for another awning contractor that is interested in actually selling and installing awnings.

I designed it, but they did an excellent, excellent job installing it for a fair price and in a timely fashion. They even came back to do follow-up work that wasn't done the first time around.
