Carpet was picked out and installed with no problem. Less than a year, pieces of carpet fibers were coming out. Called several times, no response. Sent pictures. Called again and finally had Tony come over. Said it was probably because I had pets. Well, he suggested this carpet knowing I had pets. After almost 8 months the carpet was tested. I called after 2 months to find out what was going on and he said he had the results before xmas but didn't want to ruin my holiday. Asked for more info and he never called back. The previous carpet of 10 years(which is now in the garage) looks better than the new one.

Tom came out and removed a piece of carpeting from one of my linen closets. He then replaced the spotted piece of carpeting with the piece that he removed from my linen closet. The job was excellent and you can't tell that a repair was made. Tom is a very honest man. He came in and took care of the job while I was away and nothing was touched.

They removed the old carpet and vacuumed the floor. Then they put the pad, replaced any texture that was bad and put in the new carpet. We have been dealing with them for many years. Their price is very competitive and we just trust them. They were here exactly when they said they would be here.
