+ -1 moreThey are at the billing rate. They don't overcharge and you get what you pay for. We will absolutely use them again. We have been using them all the time for years. They wait on you quickly, they are very patient and they do their job quickly.
Description of Work: We have used Harris & Lever Florists for a nice bouquet of flowers on our anniversary. It was $45 for a huge bouquet of flowers, including roses and some of the other expensive flowers.
