Compared to the other company I got an estimate from, Fox was more expensive, largely because their available products doesn't include a lower cost fence. And they weren't available for a long time, I guess that means that they're in demand.

The sales guy was great and knew what he was talking about. The only complaint I would have is that I didn't know it had to be custom ordered and it took a long time to arrive. I was gone when it was installed, but overall I am happy with the end result.

The crews showed up on time and were very thoroughly when explaining what was going to be done. Took the time to ask exactly what we wanted. Removed all dirt as well. Overall, no complaints at all - would definiting use again. Fencing is pricey no matter who you use.

They were great. They came out quick. They gave us a quote that was competitive. They showed up relatively when they said they were going to. I think there was a little bit more of a delay getting started than we anticipated but they said they were really busy. They told us that up front. When they showed up they did the work and everything turned out nice. The people that worked for them were fine.

Quote was thorough and included all items needed. State Farm made us go with less expensive quote which was $400 less.

The major gripe was their lead time estimate. I had contracted for a six foot fence on another side of my yard and they also were very far off on their lead time. That was in a very wet Spring so I accepted the delay. This past Summer was the opposite with almost no rain and they still missed the start time quoted. The contract noted 6 - 7 weeks. The actual tme was over 10 weeks. The actual job was well done. Follow-up calls were handled well and the person noted a small problem which I hadn't noticed and sent someone out to fix two things. I really like the finished product and have no complaints other than the leadtime.

They are very pleasant to work with, from their office staff to their estimator and installers. They installed it when they said thay would and were very courteous. I called them back once several days after the installation crew thought they had finished. There was some misunderstanding about who was supposed to finish up some concrete and paver repair where they had to install a gate post. The estimator came back, wrote up a work order and, within three days, the work was completed.

Had a hard time scheduling the appointment. The day they were supposed to come, they didn't show - only to find out the appointment was never booked. We had to call them to find that out. Wondered where they were and called the office only to find out were werent even on the schedule. On the next scheduled day they were supposed to come, they showed up 1.5 hours late. The crew told us they had to and quot;cut the fenceand quot; before they came so they were late. The crew was not told there wasn't a water source readily available to them which was made clear when the appointment was made. They set the posts one day and came back 2 days later and put up the fence. Overall the fence looks really good and matches our building. We got what we wanted. The owner is nice to talk to on the phone. Company in general needs a good scheduler and their communication to their customers is severely lacking. The woman who answers the phone in the office apparently knows nothing about the company so don't expect her to be able to answer any questions for you. She has to put you on hold everytime you call and find someone who can talk to you. They do very nice quality work, but you will need to do the and quot;chaseand quot; work to ensure things are going smoothly and stay on top of them as far as booking and scheduling. They are very quick to get the bill out to you though.
Overall -a fair company with a poor office setup that does really good quality work. Worth the money if you are willing to put up with the rest of it.

They came right out and showed up on time. I had them out for just an estimate but Andy who came out took a look at the gate and was able to just repair it right then. He did a great job and I really appreciated it.

Moved into a house with no fencing and have a small dog. Fox had installed fencing in my neighborhood and I liked what I saw. Had them out two years in a row for pricing. Got other quotes that were so much higher. Purchased black vinyl chain link with a gate. Booked the job and was installed 5 weeks later, exactly when they said they would do it. I didn't love the gentleman who dug the post holes on day one of the job but his crew was great! Secone day of the job the crew answered all questions and were professional. I love my fence and would call them back again!

We were delighted with the installers' professionalism and high quality workmanship. The crew supervisor had many years of experience and it showed in his work. We were only disappointed with their backoffice scheduler, who had given us a start date, but then missed it by a couple of weeks. Even with that frustration, the quality of the job made up for it. We would use this contractor again, and do recommend them to others.

Fox Fencing was at the upper end of prevailing pricing. I called and someone came to bid the project within a week. However, construction was another story! We waited and waited. I signed the bid and it was 2 MONTHS before construction began. This delay was attributed to a 'fencing emergency at NF airport'. I called every 2 to 3 days to remind them of my 'fencing emergency'. The gentlemen that installed the fence did a very good job. The gate was top rate and very sturdy! The fence looks great. The guys were really kind and prompt. Overall, we were really happy with the fence when it was FINALLY built.

He was fantastic. He came and explained everything that needed to be done. He walked through with me to show me where he would put everything. He checked with the local companies in the area to make sure that he wouldn’t be facing any issues. He wanted to have a look at our plans to make sure that he wouldn’t be interfering with any of our foundation work. He was very professional and very personable. He gave us the quote and was only here for an hour and a half. He was very quick and didn’t put any pressure. I was quite pleased with them. The got back to me immediately and I didn't have to wait for days. They showed up when they said they would.

The service went fantastic; they were great! They were the least expensive quote I received for this service.

We love our beautiful fence. This contractor was very easy to work with. They were very reliable and came on time. Everyone who worked on the fence was friendly and neat. The price was also excellent. We are planning to have them come back and install a gate soon.
