Great crew. One and 3/4 days to complete. 8 to 10 man crew, all polite and friendly. Leo the crew chief kept us informed. No add-ons for extra work and lumber used. Jim the estimator sold the job. Down to earth guy. Owner John stopped by on the 2nd day. Had an informative conversation with him. Clean up was great after both days.

The guys that came did a great job and were very professional! It was difficult to get ahold of someone about figuring out when they were coming to do that work. However, I was happy with the work that was done and would recommend them!

I had a wet attic and 4 estimates. This company was the only one that correctly identified my problem and fixed it for thousands less than all the others. Call this company first.

The job was done promptly and it looks good except for one tiny corner where the garage roof meets the house wall. There there is a small gap of air between the roof and the roofing material. I did not bother to call the provider about it.
After the job was done the cleanup was fair- some minor pieces of material were left and a few garden lamps were not repositioned. I picked up and repositioned my lamps -10.- 15 minutes work.
I have not yet received a warranty for the work, although I have called and reminded the company. The job looks good and professional, but I worry about possible future problems.
After phoning the office, i did receive the warranty. Now I do not worry about future problems.

Great job by Fiddler Roofing! My house has sloped ceilings upstairs and no overhang or sofit vents (and hardly any attic insulation), so I figure, along with the new roofing, I would try the Certainteed Intake vents (a couple of roofers that I got estimates from recommended the vents). I figure this might be a way to get some ventilation in my attic, which may help with the terrible ice dams that I get. 
I selected Fiddler Roofing because they seemed knowledgeable, polite and professional. Plus the estimate seemed fair. They explained everything they were going to do and did an excellent job. Along with the ice shield, vents and shingles, they patched some small holes in my roof decking, replaced the vent on the bathroom exhaust, stripped the old 'tar' off the chimney and installed new flashing and sealed it, plugged up the old gable vents and installed new ridge vents. Clean-up was good. They did a great job in all respects! 
I had to call them after the roof was installed because whenever it rained heavily, the water coming off the roof overshot the gutters and dripped onto my front steps. They came out and fixed that problem within a day.
I held off on this review to see what the 2014-2015 winter brought - it brought a LOT of snow! Certainly one of the worst winters we've have had in the area in a long, long time. The rood performed okay. I believe the Certainteed vents did help, but I still got some bad ice dams (i.e. I don't think the ice dams were as bad as they would have been without the vents - it is hard to tell after only one winter, especially after such a bad winter. Maybe it's time to get some insulation?).

I got the warranted of the work's package which means I could use all warranted materials and the warranted certified installers. If anything goes wrong and even if it goes out of business, warranty will guarantee the rules to a hundred percent to 12 years. It's a good deal.

I was the executor and the new buyer did most of the communicating.  It was my belief that they did a great job.  My rating is based on the very little communication I had.

Very reliable. On time and left the roof, yard spotless. They even stayed late until the job was done.

We liked this company from the time the sales person came to give us an estimate.  They gave a great presentation and were half the price of other bids from some big companies in the area (but not the lowest bid we received).  We decided to go with this company because of the 50 year third party warranty that they offered.  how can you go wrong with a warranty like that.  The workers arrived early and when we returned home from work there was no mess.  it has been a year since we had the roof put on and we thought we had one problem.  I called the company and began talking with one of the owners who came by immediately the next day.  It turns out that I had the humidity too high, but the owner (I forgot his name) took several hours to explain everything to me so that I was comfortable.  I have turned down the humidifier and have no new wet spots, so I feel confident that it was not the roof leaking, just the humidity was too high in the house.  I am very happy with the work this company did and feel very comfortable that I have a great warranty to fall back on in case of a problem in the future.

I would highly recommend fiddler roofing. They've been in businesss for over 25 years. They were punctual,competitive in price and thorough. AS a matter of fact they saved me over $400 when they tore off my roof and i didn't need the plywood which was originally thought. Obvious very honest and thorough. They're the BEST !!!!!!!

Crew arrived around 7:30am as promised. Very polite and respectful to our property.  Job was completed by 5pm again as promised.  I have repeatedly been reminded not to hesitate to call if there are any issues and that they stand behind their work. Altogether, very professional and job well done!

My experience went well. The staff did the work while we were not home. Our neighbor did send us a picture of the work and they said everything looked to be okay. The pricing was reasonable and I would consider recommend this company to others.
