I have been a customer of Envirotech for approximately 8 years, and never have I had such terrible service as I have in the past 6 months. I have tried repeatedly to contact their office to set up service and retreatment with no callback. I have sent complaint emails with no response. On Sept 16 I called to set up an appointment. After many minutes on hold, I spoke to a man who reported that nobody was available to make that appointment. I still have not had a phone call returned to set up service. On Sept 21st I tried to speak to a supervisor so that I could cancel my agreement with your company, and still to this day, nobody has returned my call. The last person that they sent out on August 29th came an hour late, was uninterested in helping me beyond what he needed to do and I was very unimpressed and dissatisfied with his service. I got a survey from Envirotech which I completed around September 18th giving them a terrible review and requesting a callback. Shockingly, nobody reached out to me. I Buffalo, NY 14214

They stopped send postcards when they were coming. They were supposed to call, but stopped. So, serviceman would come and do outside spray but wouldn't come in the house to check for attic mice. They knew I wanted indoor service each time. Then, they were charging me for indoor service that my neighbor had. She and I both contacted the company about the error. They didn't care and sent the bill to collections. Customer service used to be good. Now, when you call they tell you one thing, like we'll tell the serviceman to schedule an indoor visit. Then, nothing happens except you get a bill for incomplete service. They are horrible!!!

Where do I start? With the fact that they put a dozen mousetraps in our attic in the middle of summer and only came back to check them after we smelled decomposing mice coming from our attic to our living space? Or charging us $135, month(s) after I cancelled (to my card on file), promising to reverse the charge and then never giving me my money back after dozens of attempts to call to collect the refund. They do not even have real people working for them on the phones - it's an answering service where messages go to die. Our recommendation: NEVER HIRE THEM.

Called for treatment last fall but they couldn't come out for a couple of weeks. Because of the size of the problem I signed up for a years worth of service which was supposed to be three treatments - fall, spring and summer.We had a large nest in an isolated roof area that was not successfully treated on the first try so I had to call them back. I think they counted the second initial visit as one of the three visits because I just got a call for more money for what I thought was the third visit. I received no paperwork on the other visits even though I received the initial e-mail of contract and services. I received a call saying I was past due on payment. When I spoke with a representative they said that the visit (which I thought was my third) was after the one year contract that I signed so I owed for a treatment. She also said that I'd been e-mailed about the treatments but I never received any. She told me that my treatments were auto-renewing which I was never told, although it is written in the contract. I did not like that I was not notified that that my contract was up and that I would be paying for a treatment in September, they just showed up and billed me. The men who did the treatments seemed respectful, I did not have any problem with them. They did get rid of my wasp problem but it seemed like I paid too much for it.
