Metal Awning or Patio Cover Installation and Replacement
Marc crafted and installed my awning many years ago. His workmanship was very good.
My problem with him is with his seasonal put up and take down. He habitually is very late in this area. It is October 31st and my awning is still up! This is ludicrous. The snow will be flying soon. I have called and texted him and left messages and he has not returned my calls or texts. Very poor customer service! Makes me wonder if he is still in business?

Can't or won't do the work.Header board he installed rotted out. Many, many phone calls regarding replacement. Owner assured us he would be out before Memorial Day to inspect. Never showed up. Does not return phone calls. Still waiting to hear back. Can't or won't do the work. You would be better off going with someone reputable. Avoid this company.

Cataract City of Canvas is a very good company. They cleaned up after themselves. The awning looks great, and they didn't run into any problems putting it on. They did a great job.
