I got a call within minutes of reaching out from Ted. He was courteous, proffessional and very easy to understand. He understood the problem and was able to give me a tentative, and what turned out to be an accurate, quote right over the phone. He came the same afternoon and within the anticipated time frame. The work he did was excellent and quickly done. I recommend their service highly.

WIth one day's notice, Ken came to our house on a cold Saturday morning and replaced the spring.  He repaired some damage caused during a previous repair at no extra cost.  He was very professional and friendly.  Will definitely call him when it's time to replace our old wooden garage door.

I called Tuesday morning and left a message. Ken called me back within 10 minutes. Very professional on the phone, scheduled a service call for 7:45 the next morning. Ken arrived promptly, appraised the situation, advised me of the solution. He recommended installing a key bypass to allow me to disconnect the garage door opener from the outside in case of power failure - the garage door is the only way into this detached garage. Ken had the necessary spring and parts with him in his truck, performed the repair promptly and professionally. I will gladly use Ken again in the future

Ken was great to work with.  I had called 3 companies to get quotes for a replacement overhead door.  One company never called me back.  Avanti beat the other company's estimate by almost $200.  He was a little late showing up to do the measurements, but he made up for it when he arrived early for the install.  He hauled away my old garage door and track and installed a new garage door and track.  Since my house is old the garage door opening was not a standard size, he had to special-order the garage door and also install a low-overhead track.  Ken said it took a lot of little adjustments to get everything lined up just right.  We're very happy with the door and wish we had contacted him for a new door sooner!  It was a lot less expensive than we thought a new garage door would be. I would highly recommend Avanti Overhead Door.

The total job took 5 hours.  He showed up on time and completed the job on time. Cleaned up and was on his way. I would use this company again.

After much difficulty with delivery, scheduling and incorrect parts finally being delivered on a garage door previously purchaced in Dec of 2012 from the other box store, we finally had  the unusable door picked up in early May.  While at the same time I had called on a 10X7 door purchaced thru Home Depot, I was told the door had arrived that morning and I should be expecting a call from their vendor very soon.  Well, I received that call in less than 20 minutes which I was thrilled with after my months long battle on the other door.  Ken with Avanti Overhead Door asked if I was available that afternoon and promptly brought that door the very same day. 
He was polite and courteous so I asked him for some advice on the situation of converting the old door we kept to a high lift application.  Ken knew immediately what we need to do and which parts were necessary to accomplish this task.  He then gave me a ballpark estimate and said he was going to be out of town for the weekend and asked if it would be okay if he got back to me on Monday.  Well, he left me a message on Sunday night which I returned Monday daytime and he retuned my call later that afternoon with a quote and we scheduled to complete the job the next friday.
Ken came over a few minutes earlier because he knew I had to get my young children off to school and daycare, which was greatly appreciated!  He then made the necessary adjustments to the track and efficiently installed the new torsion spring and drum.  He then made certain the track was adjusted properly and the door was balanced to operated smoothly.  It was great working with him.  I will be certain to recommend him to my customers on a regular basis. (I'm a handyman who knows  a bit about garage doors but smart enough to know how dangerous torsion springs can be and when to hire a professional).
I also asked Ken to double check my installation of the door he had delivered to my house on our initial meeting.  A minor adjustment was necessary and he helped me make that adjustment which was great for piece of mind.
