The job went well overall.  The estimate was true to the dollar.  They even made the suggestion to put the downspout tied into the French drain, which works well.

They're nice.  It's a family-owned business there and the service is very friendly and they are very helpful.  The plants I've gotten from there have all done very well.  I think the quality is their shrubs and they seem to be better cared for.  The pricing on their mulch is very good and that's why I've primarily ordered from there.  I've gotten mulch from there for the last two years.  I did pricing in the area and it was more competitive and cheaper than anybody I found.  The price on the mulch is fair but the price on the plants are fine.  They have a lot of sales that make them a normal price.  They delivered the mulch when it was scheduled and I'll be getting my mulch from them again this year.

They were really good. They were professional. The person that did the design up for us was good and actually sat down with us before the work happened. They went over it and made some changes. They were probably a little pricey on the high side. They definitely did good work and they were very professional about it. Everything they did was very good except for the pricing. I wouldn't call it a value company necessarily. I would hire them again, but I would shop a little bit more for some price comparison just to use.

We are having some water problems with the new patio. They installed new bricks and because of the settling, the water isn't draining properly. We have called them to come out and fix this, but we have not received a call back yet to remedy the situation.
