PARCO BUILDING SYSTEMS INCORPO

We entered into a contract with Parco Building Systems in Newfane, NY in January 2018 to general contract and complete our educational center / visiting center. The contract encompassed the following work which may not all be written here: concrete, electrical, insulation, plumbing, septic, drywall, parking lot, driveway, rough grading, sales/reception area, floor, etc. Parco has been paid according to contractual obligations however they have essentially stopped work on our project effective May 2019. Since that time, the only work that has been completed is 1 day of electrical and removing a window and closing in a wall which took 4 hours. We have emailed and called Parco on many occasions to complete this job. The outstanding work is electrical, plumbing, and insulation that has not yet been fully completed, drywall, septic, floor, sales/reception area, fixing the new parking lot/driveway that was incorrectly installed (not level, unsafe, rocky, ruts, grass growing through it, etc.), rough grading, finishing plumbing, electrical, and many other things. We had no other choice but to report this company and their business practices to the Better Business Bureau. They have not responded to BBB either since 8/19/19. The status of today remains unanswered.

We have asked them for an estimate since May of 2011. One person did come out and look around, maybe take a few measurements. After 2 months of no response from them, we called back and was informed the person we talked with is no longer employed there. They than sent us to another employee who mailed us a blue print with a reasonable estimate. Nothing on that paper was comparable to what we discussed, they never included the variance we got from the City of Niagara Falls, costing us  $150.00. They also had the blue prints facing all the wrong ways, the Overhead door was facing the neighbors yard allowing no entrance, the Man Door was facing the other neighbors yard allowing no entrance. The overhead door should have been facing the alley entrance and the man door should have been where the gate and sidewalk is. The deminsions were all wrong and included nothing approved in the variance. We called and were put in contact with the owner.  He spoke with us a couple of times, leading us to believe he was going to perform the job. He never answeres or returnes phone calls. He kept saying he would come out via messages from the Secretary,  and this carried on until October of 2011. Finally he just stopped answering and returning our calls. If they didn't want the job, than they should have said so... and we would have strongly pursued another builder. We really wanted the Pole Barn Garage, but would have sacrificed to get it completed. By the time we had realized we were being jerked around, it was the end of the season and we spent days on the phone trying to get someone to build a garage. It is now January 18, 2012 and we still fon't have a garage! I guess our cash is no good to this builder!

Parco Building Systems responded to every need that I had. They were very timely, and did a very detailed job. I could tell that they were craftsmen. They were an easy company to work with, and had the customers needs in mind. I was very satisfied.
