It started off good then we couldn’t get a hold of him for weeks after that once he came out he got it installed but did not install it like he said would it stopped working a couple months after that and it was Impossible to get a hold of him once we did he came out and put Freon in it because it wasn’t charged we tried to get a hold of him after that because it stopped working again and we couldn’t so we called another company here to find out there was a hole in the coil from the screw that he had put in through the plate he did not replace the duck work like he was supposed to and I couldn’t even begin to tell you what else was wrong with it landed up costing us another $900 to have it done the right way we never got our contract or one written up for that matter never got a bill receipt for payment things that he said he was going to mail out or come back and drop off which he never did he was referred by a friend so we really didn’t think too much of it lesson learned It truly was a bad experience and what we feel was a rush job for somebody who is supposed to be a professional In the hole in the coil void the warranty so if you choose to go through him beware D.McTigue

Mr. McGraw showed up on time. He was professional, and personal. He did great work at reasonable pricing. I highly recommend.

Mr McGraw came over to our home talked with my husband and myself. Right away we liked him. He answered our questions he listened to what we wanted. He gave us ideas of which way we could go. Once we picked what we wanted, McGraw Mechanical not only did a great job not tracking up our home with dirt from outside they cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was very respectful.

McGraw installed our heating and cooling system in a house we built in 2003. Our last contact was when our law suit against him was settle in 2010. The system cost 20K but we spent an additional 10K 9 with another vendor) to get it working correctly. The lawsuit less legal fees returned about 6K to our pockets, but the whole experience was awful. McGraw is not a bad guy and I must say was a gentleman during our lawsuit. However, he did not install the equipment we bought and had in our contract and could never get our system to run properly and then he just stopped responding. That was many years ago and hopefully he has had the training he needs to execute his job. However our experience with him was very expensive and unfortunately ended up in court (just saying).

First class outfit all around but pricing is on the verge of being uncompetitive.

They were supposed to do something and they were supposed to be ordering a part and we kept calling and calling and calling and we never heard back and we ended up hiring someone else. When we first started renting properties we used them and the first results were really good and then we had to have a repair done was when we started having problems. They are not very responsive. When they did the work the quality was there. I would not use them again in the future.

They were excellent, very responsive. The two gentleman that came out were very polite. They explained everything that they were going to do and answered all my questions, did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves very well.
