 + 0 moreSteve returned my call in the evening and was here at 8:20 AM the next morning. Inspected the job, gave me a report and suggested a replacement. Went and picked up the new top of the line water heater, took out the old one, installed the new one and was done. He explained about any questions I had. He also gave me a very fair estimate for replacing old copper lines while he was here and is doing that work in a couple of days. Nice to find a reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and fair priced plumber. He is now my "go to guy" whenever I experience plumbing problems!

Description of Work: The showerhead was leaking at the rental. He replaced the part and cleaned up after himself. I couldn't tell that anyone had been there, except for the fact the shower didn't leak anymore. Great service!

 + -1 moreWe put in a call to this vendor in the morning. He did not get back to us until late afternoon, and said at that he could come out first thing the next morning. We agreed that a time after noon would be better. He arrived at 2:30. He did call when he was on his way [it appears that this is an independent contractor with no other employees]. He was very polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and why each step along the way. He also gave us advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. From past experiences in this area with plumbers, we were expecting a much larger bill and were very pleasantly surprised. Would definitely use him in the future. He also does heating and air conditioning.
Description of Work: We had stopped up kitchen drain. He found the clog in a pipe in the basement. He had to install a new access or clean-out point, then snake out the gunk. He worked steadily for an hour on it. We were expecting to need to take out a second mortgage. Instead, we were very pleasantly surprised by the reasonable fee of $100.
