The roof was completed first and the interior work was done at a later date. The roof was done very quickly. All debris was picked up thoroughly and we are happy with the results. For the interior work, the workmen were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and neat. They were prompt in the morning, and kept us informed daily about progress. When decisions needed to be made, they used layman's terms, explained options and were clear when sending us for materials and paint. They took very few breaks and let us know when they were going to lunch. They worked carefully, there were no big messes, and they cleaned everything up at the end of each day. The whole project took less time than we anticipated. We are very happy with the completed repairs. We also had one window replaced with this project. Very nice quality, basic vinyl clad window.

Kirk was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew what had to be done and how to do it. Others contractors were not sure how to do it. His crew knew what had to be done and how to do it. Solid construction. His finish guy top of the class.

After much head scratching due to the age of the home and the makeup of the space, Kirk and Brad came up with a plan, provided great explanations and took the time to answer all of our questions about the process and work to be done. Kirk offered a breakdown of the estimate and a date was scheduled for the work to commence. There was a delay in the start of the project from the scheduled date, but that is to be expected since no one can predict what issues will be encountered that will impact the job. Kirk did communicate as best he could regarding the start of our project. Upon starting the project, there were no unexpected delays and the project continued right through to completion. To date we have had no complaints or concerns that we wanted addressed by Kirk, or the team that did the job, Brad and Mike.

It went smooth and as far as we are concerned at a fast pace even though the timing was over the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years holidays and even during the death of a close family member.  He never forgets his clients.  He worked tirelessly during the cold weather when we lost our heat because the tree damaged our chimney.  He works really well with your insurance company making sure all is fair to both his client and the insurance company which is what we wanted from the beginning.  I can,t say enough good about Kirk and his crew.  There were times we had to leave during the day for various reasons leaving the crew there by themselves and never worried one minute about anything.  Very honest and trustworthy.  One more thing I would like to add, which was very important to us because we are dog lovers, is the patience they had for our two chihuahuas.  They are friendly dogs but like most chihuahuas they like to bark..  They put up with them, never complaining and even told us we didn't have to lock them in the bedroom when we had to leave the house.  You could not choose a better construction company.  If you need repairs to you house I hope you are lucky to get Kirk and his crew.  You won't be disappointed.  Good Luck!

They were amazing. They did a great job and are reasonable priced. They are clean and tidy. Great attention to detail. Worked Saturdays when needed. They were very prompt and on time every day. They took about three weeks to complete the work. They bring the right amount of workers based on the work they were doing that specific day. No one was standing around. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They consulted with me on how to save the most money with all the work when he came out for the estimate. They hauled away all the trash when they were done.
