We have used Dan in the past. His work and work ethic is what we all want to find but so rare these days. If you want an honest contractor, he is the one.
We are extremely pleased with how our kitchen and powder room came out. Price above is for Labor but with his guidance we found the best prices on all the materials.

Dan looked at the problem and made recommendations. We just wanted the half-light doors fixed or replaced. He steered us towards full light doors which brightened the basement greatly and found the supplier with the best price. Work was done in just a few hours.

Dan and his crew were courteous and conscientious. Having had bad experience in the past with debris and dust, it was wonderful how they cleaned up everyday and took care to remove debris daily.

After a pest control company had done their job, we contracted with Dan to remove the damaged insulation, and to vacuum, disinfect and clean up the basement. They came in, got the job done and left us with peace of mind. they also found the entry point and effectively repaired it and blocked any further access.
