5/3/25, Spoke to Desirée on phone--great vocal response--hired man to move furniture off porch in preparation for porch repair. Excellent service, but was overcharged. When i spoke with Desirée she said it was a mistake and they would move the stuff back later for no charge. I called again to arrange putting furniture back on 6/29/25. Desirée confirmed appointment, but after waiting an hour for man to show up, I called and she said he was on his way and would be there in a few minutes. Man never showed. When I called her again to press for service or refund, there was no answer and I never heard from them again. Ripped off!

Miguel was very professional & a good listener... He & his assistant worked very hard to clear the built-up Icy Snow.. Still needs a Lil more work but its at lease walkable ... We're very grateful for this start in getting rid of what could be a slip & fall accident waiting to happen! ? Thanks to Disiree for setting us up to avoid what could have been an Emergency situation. We will give them a call after our nx Snow Fall...
