Description of Work: Scheduled install - Called at 11 am to say they had gotten off to a late start and would be there later in the day, Called at 5 PM to say they weren't coming. They could come first thing the next day - Causing another vacation day to be used um no not ok. Then can they come Saturday Almost a week later - not with out a discount - got our money back and went else where.

The Granite Factory offers the following services: The Granite Factory offers countertop templating and installation as well as in home sales consultations. We also have a discount outlet for selling granite and quartz remnants as well promotional colors at discounted prices. With countertop purchases, we can also offer sinks, faucets and tile.
The Granite Factory does not offer cabinetry and typically does not do any plumbing or electrical work with countetop installation or do removal of old countertops. Plumbing hookups/disconnects and countertop removals will only be done for additional fees.
