I was told by the sales person that I needed total exclusion service since mice dropping’s were found in the attic and basement. He explained how the entire house would be checked for any possible entry points which would be sealed. Plastic inserts would be done on every Conner of the vinyl siding, weather stripping on the garage doors would be replaced. It turns out that the house didn’t have a major issue. I got 2 mouse traps put into the attic and 4 in the basement. A screen was out over the drier vent pipe and some minor sealing was done around the garage door and a few windows. All of which I could have done myself. I was told by the tech I didn’t need the inserts on the siding and the weather stripping on my garage was fine. I was told the roof and upper floors looked fine but no one climbed up there to take a look. I complained and will be getting $200.00 back but that still left me with $1,700.00 for basically nothing. I feel like I was scammed by the sales person. The techs were fine. I would never use Terminix again. I recommend that you avoid the exclusion service.
