PEARL POOLS & SPAS

Well, the work was done on time with no problems.

Im a new pool owner and did not know much about servicing my pool. I called Pearl and they were great. They provided everything I needed, was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could do it myself. They knew what I was talking about even though I didn't. Im very happy with the work they did. Now me and my family can enjoy the pool instead of looking at it thinking we should've never bought it.

Chris was wonderful to work with. She and her husband made a recommendation of moving from our old cartridge fillter to a sand filter. I am ecstatic that we took the advice as the cleaning of the filter is so much easier. Chris' sons came to do the heavy leg work of prepping and cleaning our frog pond of a pool, and once it was treated and cleaned it began to look like a normal pool again. Within 2 weeks we were swimming!
Not only would I highly recommend Pearl Pools and Spas but I plan to continue to utilize their cleaning as well as opening/closing services. They are a fine , local, family operated business that has been nothing but a joy to deal with.

Jeff came promptly, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, gave great advice and follow up. He really knows his stuff, is professional and nice, and his company is great to work with. Definitely plan to use in the future.

Overall experience was good, you have to call early in the season to be able to get an appointment to have them close or open the pool. Only had 1 problem that they made, and they came right away and fixed it free of charge.

ORANGE COUNTY POOL ALWAYS RETURNS TELEPHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. WE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT DATE AND THEY ARRIVE AS PLANNED. THEY PUT AWAY THE LADDER, THE FILTER, ETC. AND COVERED UP THE POOL.

I USUALLY USE ORANGE COUNTY POOLS WHEN I HAVE POOL WATER QUESTIONS. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO BE ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND ALWAYS HAVE THE NECESSARY CHEMICALS. I HAVE NEVER FOUND THEM TO BE LACKING IN SUPPLY OR WORTHY ADVICE.

Job2. THE CREW SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE EXTREMELY EFFICIENT. THE HEAD OF THE COMPANY, MR. MAFFETONE, COORDINATED THE POOL WATER DELIVERY TO COINCIDE WITH HIS INSTALLATION OF THE POOL. Job1. WE HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH ORANGE COUNTY POOLS AND SPAS. THEY GIVE CUSTOMERS A DISCOUNT WHEN PURCHASING MAINTENANCE SUPPLIES. THEY ARE HELPFUL IN THE STORE, ABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION OR ANY OF YOUR CONCERNS.

THE WORKERS WERE SO, SO EFFICIENT. THEY ARRIVED AT 6:00 IN THE MORNING TO ENSURE THAT EVERY THING WOULD BE DONE IN ONE DAY AND IT WAS. THE POOL WAS UP AND THERE WAS WATER IN IT BY 3:00.

I PURCHASED THE LIGHT AND ASKED IF SOMEONE COULD INSTALL IT. THEY CAME THE VERY NEXT DAY AND DID THE JOB PERFECTLY. I HAVE HAD OTHER ISSUES WITH MY POOL ( NOT PURCHASED FROM THEM- SHOULD HAVE-BUT DIDN'T- KNOW BETTER-)IN THE PAST AND EACH AND EVERY TIME, THEY CAME AND FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY FOR ME AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ORANGE COUNTY POOLS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, REASONABLE IN COST AND PUT MY POOL UP IN THE TIME FRAME THEY PROMISED. THEY CAME BACK FOR FREE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE FIRST YEAR.
