Anthony called to confirm the appointment. He arrived on time and explained the process thoroughly. He asked about the carpet's age and history. He pretreated the heavily stained, 17 year old carpet and cleaned it using the company's low moisture process. The carpet came out great. Only one small stain did not come out completely but was so faint that it is not noticeable. The deodorizer had no perfume odor. The next day the room smelled fresh and clean. The company advertises that the carpet will dry within and hour. Anthony said since he pretreated the stains it may take a little longer. It was dry after an hour and a half.
