The service was excellent. One guy came to measure and then came back to installed the windows. It took them two days to installed five windows. I would say the service was excellent, the installer was a perfectionist and we love our PELLA 450 windows.

After taking measurements, the sales rep told me that would need a few minutes to make his estimate and then retreated to his vehicle.
He returned about five minutes later with an estimate of $2, 647. Not only was this fifty per cent higher than the next highest o f4 estimates, it was completely without details regarding the cost of material and labor.
At least Lowe's only wasted my time and not my money as their estimate was so off-the-charts high that I never considered them for a moment.
