John arrived every day promptly as promised. He is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and a perfectionist. He listened carefully to what I wanted from the project and he was helpful with suggesting where I could purchase quality merchandise. ( tile, sink, faucets, etc) I was concerned that there would be a lot of dust/debris in my home from deconstruction...there wasn't a trace. Drop Cloths were put down each day where the guys walked and everything was swept and tidy when the crew left in the evening.
The whole project went very smoothly. The project took a little longer than John had planned (by 1 week) but I was not on a strict timeline and I made that fact very clear. Upon completion, John said that if I have any problems with work related to his project that he will come back and fix them.

Very prompt in contacting me. Estimate was the cost of job. Explained what he would do. Flexible in working with ideas
given him.
I liked the fact that he contacted me if there were any questions or time concerns. He was always courteous.
My grandchildren are loving their "house" and I'm enjoying the use of my gardening shed again.

My large barn/garage was damaged due to hurricane Sandy. Numerous contractors were sought but no one but John was experienced and confident enough to make the repairs, as damages were extensive. John came through 100%. He did a beautiful job for a very fair price. The structure is SOLID. Very pleased and highly recommend.

The ceiling has been fine since he diagnosed and repaired it. He is honest and reliable. He does A+ quality work. I was able to leave him and his workers in my house when I was not here.
