They are very friendly, easy to work with, hard working, and efficient. I am very pleased with the result, and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service on site assisting with selection of slab and sink. They have a connection with a plumber so you don't have to coordinate taking out the old counter, scheduling a plumber, etc. They do it all which turned out to be cheaper and saved time compared with me having to do it. Large selection of types of materials for cabinets, counters, sinks. All I had to provide was the faucet. The crew that did the work (removing old counters and sink and replaced with the new) was professional, careful with the existing cabinets, walls, hardwood floors, etc. The finished work is beautiful. Many compliments on the counters and sink. Sale pricing on many items is very good if you are planning on moving and want to upgrade the counters which is what I did. Very easy to work with showroom staff and installers.

It was simple really, what you are looking for is service. And the people there took us around and we looked at various pieces of granite and we found what we liked and then we put the order in and they made us an appointment time and they delivered it to the fabricator. That was the warehouse that we went to. It took time from my day, but it was alright. The people there were very good, very nice. We went to many, many warehouses to pick out the granite. Then they deliver the granite to the fabricators who does the cutting and finishing and do the installation. It's a two step process. They did a very fine job. The installation was excellent. The technicians did a good job. The owners did a nice job for me. The people that I dealt with were very nice. The people there were very friendly, they took care of me. They said that when the granite comes here we want you to come to the Granite Shop, they came to the house and they made a template and then before they apply the template to the granite we go out there to the shop, they place the template on the granite where we want it. Where we ant the most advantageous of arrangement on the granite. In other words they place it in such a way that we like it, we had several choices and based on the color choices that we made they went with that. So we were very happy with that. After that, about four, five days they had it all cut, had the sink cut out and then they came in to install it. There were three installers and they did a nice job. Very neat, very nice job. They left no mess and then they even gave it a finish coat and a seal coat on it. We went to about eight or nine warehouses in the New Jersey area. It's quite a trip for us, about a two hour trip for us. And it was just a matter of finding the right color, difficult to find. The cut out was good, the install, the sink cut out was done while we were there and they had a cut that was about an eighth of an inch off on one, it wasn't sitting right so that that the walls are not square, they had to cut it to the sheetrock of the wall and I was upset about that, but they said they do this all the time and they cut it very neatly so that when they were through inserting the granite into the wall, it fit perfectly all around, they then proceeded to seal it. They were very careful with everything. There was no marring on my walls, nothing. Everything was clean. I wanted it to fit perfectly, so they had to cut the walls about a quarter of an inch inside the wall in order to make the granite fit in there. My walls are not perfectly straight. Everything is fine, if I wasn't pleased they would have heard about it. They spent a lot of time and it was good.

THE BEST granite yard and shop. Went there somewhat on a lark, and they closed the deal! Chris and the other salespeople were patient, knowledgeable, and professional. They did not hesitate to move granite around in yard for closer inspection. They marked outprecisely what part of granite slab would be used with us. They offered sincere design advice when asked. Pete the owner cameto do the templating - he was punctual, personable, and professional. The installers who came afterward were the same.Business was easy to contact, and always kept their word regarding pricing, appointments, etc. They also have tile, quartz, and cabinetry for your remodels. I cannot recommend The Granite Shop highly enough. It was a pleasure to do business with a group of young people determined to provide the best experience possible.
