This firm has been servicing my pool for well over 10 years, but apparently quality control has now gone downhill. They have full responsibility for closing, meaning making sure that lines, filters and heater are all drained properly. A few years back the heater was not drained properly and suffered from a cracked manifold. 1st, the firm denied this could have been caused, eventually suggested
