They were wonderful, they came right out for the estimate and came back the following day to remove the tree. They were fast, clean, and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with their work.

The owner had come out to give us an estimate on how much it would cost on the day and time he stated. He said that because there was an electrical line in the way, that the job would be more difficult, but could be done with the help of Central Hudson (the electric company). We called Central Hudson to find out more details on how to get them to come disconnect the line. Through several phone calls to Flannigan's and the electric company, we were able to get a date set. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They completed the job in roughly 4.5 hours including clean up. We didn't want them to remove the stumps, so they took one stump down as far as they could and left about 6 feet on the other (our request... we want to do some kind of carving in the leftover stump). I would hands down recommend this company again to everyone. Flannigan's Tree Service is a professional company. Two thumbs up!! Thank you.

It was good because they had a logger and a shredder too. They were willing to work with me. They gave me options by informing me that they could cut the logs and put them at the back of the property or they could take it away or shred them too. They gave me different prices for different things. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

Overall, the experience went very well. They arrived on time, did a good job, and their price was very fair for the amount of work done. Actually, their price was better than some other quotes that I had gotten for this job. They were professional and I would definitely call them again if needed.

This guy was wonderful he even grown the stump down into the grown so there wasn't any residue stump sticking out of there. they were very quick everything was done within an hour. They were incrediable. Mr flanagan came out and gave us an estimate and is a very very personable and nice man.

They were very personable and did an excellent job. It took them a little while to actually perform the work; I guess they were kind of busy. They came right away when they said they would be here. They were very fast when they came; they took care of everything in one afternoon. They did not leave a mess at all, which was great. I wasn't home when they did the work, but they were very nice when I talked to them over the phone and when they came out for the estimate. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were a couple of little hiccups while they were here. When I walked away for a short period of time, he had trimmed a tree that belonged to my neighbor without my say so. My neighbor wasn't happy about this. And when I got the bill, it was for $1350 instead of the $1100 quote. He immediately asked if I had gotten that in writing and kept giving excuses. He finally relented and told me to just send in the $1100 plus tax. They also had a difficult time manuevering the bucket truck. They had to see saw back and forth to turn it around, all the while tearing up the lawn and bumping into my gutter.
