 + -1 moreFirst, I have been a customer for 4 years and was having a problem with their installed security system and asked that a checkup be performed. I was told that someone would call the day of service, but never received a call nor visit. I wasted an entire day waiting for the call/service. I have called the office numerous times, but always receive their VM to which a message is left but never have I receive a return call. Use another provider for your security needs.
