heating oil companies
+ -1 moreI have been using another oil delivery service for my home heating oil for the past 15 years. Affron was supposed to deliver home heating oil to Fred and Maryanne Meola located at 16 Feitsma Lane but instead mistakenly delivered it to 14 Feitsma Lane. After their mistake Affron kept harassing me via telephone and knocking on my door demanding payment. I informed them that my address was clearly posted and I would not be paying for their mistake. They kept harassing me for two years and even took me to small claims court (which I was not notified to appear) even without me being notified it was dismissed by the judge because the evidence showed that Affron was clearly wrong.
Description of Work: Delivered Home Heating Oil#2 to my house.
