f we had a snow storSome issues were found within the first hour of the demo and a few others were discovered over the next few days. Some of these were wires running across where the opening for the shower stall would be and some extremely crooked wall angles. The outside wall was almost 2" off from bottom to top. The bathroom floor was much lower than the kitchen floor and had to be built up. The weather had a negative effect also as extreme cold temperatures delayed Jeff being able to run the vents for the exhaust fans through the roof. He also lost a day to plowing obligations due to a nasty snow storm.While the issues set Jeff back about three days overall he fixed everything so it was done right. He always gave me an explanation of the problem and what the various options were. He got the tub in by the first weekend so we could clean up and had everything ready for me to paint by the second weekend. The overall length oh his part of the renovation took 16 days and we are very happy with it.

Jeff is right on task! Get out to do estimate, gets info to you , after deposit is collected. he starts when promised. As soon as job is finished I will give a complete review. But, for now things are just wonderful. He is on the job when he says he will be and work gets done. Jeff is a good honest hard worker! j
