"Thank you for the wonderful review. You are a pleasure to work with."
They refused to do anything about work that did not have to be done. They then offered to install gutters at a discounted price. Superior Exteriors will never be used again because I have no confidence in their ability to correctly assess what should have been an easy problem.
"I was contacted by Mr. {Member's name removed} to correct several issues on his home. Mr. {Member's name removed} had water leaking in around his chimney, around his dormers and behind his gutters as well as some other repair work to the fascia & soffits of the home. I quoted Mr. {Member's name removed} $4,875.00 to address all of these issues. Mr. {Member's name removed} chose to have the chimney and dormer flashing done as well as the other fascia & soffit work but for us to attempt to reuse his existing gutters at a reduced contract price of $2,975.00 plus tax (total of $3,213.00). Upon our arrival my foreman informed Mr. Hanna that the gutters were in such poor condition (twisted & buckled, pulling away from the home due to old gutter spikes and years of ice & snow weight) that there was nothing that we could do to improve their performance. We told him he would require new gutters. He allowed us to complete the other work he needed and promptly paid the bill. Mr. {Member's name removed} did contact me regarding rain continuing to run behind his gutters and I reminded him that he chose to not replace the old gutters. I offered to replace his old gutters now at a reduced price of $1,400.00 (a $500.00 discount from the original contract price) and he declined. Mr. {Member's name removed} opted to file a formal complaint with the Newark Village Court in Newark, NY. The Honorable Judge Miller presided over the case and upon hearing all of the testimony, reviewing the contracts and various emails & text messages ruled in my favor and awarded Mr. {Member's name removed} nothing. Judge Miller also STRONGLY suggested that Mr. {Member's name removed} take me up on my generous offer to replace his gutters at a reduced price. Mr. {Member's name removed} has not taken advantage of my offer as of this date. I am disappointed to have a disgruntled customer however I have made every reasonable attempt to make Mr. {Member's name removed} happy. My belief is that the only resolution in Mr. {Member's name removed} mind would be to receive free gutters which is not an option that I am willing to offer him."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for your positive review."
"Thank you for the awesome review. Call anytime you need assistance. We do more than gutter cleaning. We offer roof replacements, siding replacement, window & door replacement, gutter installation, blown-in insulation, power washing, etc. You were a pleasure to work for."
"(member name), as I stated on the phone I sincerely apologize for misplacing your paperwork and missing our appointment. I have reorganized my work area to hopefully avoid this error in the future. In an effort to keep overhead as low as possible and pass the savings onto my homeowners, I am a one woman show here in my office. I realize this decision leads to an overwhelming amount of work for one person but more affordable pricing for my customers. In addition to running my company single handedly I am the leader for my daughters Girl Scout Troop of 11 girls. My life (and my desk) can get a bit out of hand on occasion. I am truly sorry that you were affected by this misfortune. I would still love to estimate your project and I would extend a significant discount to you for the inconvenience I have caused. Please call if you are still in need of my services. Best regards, Kim Francis"
was contracted to another service provider who did not follow instructions. Owner came back and fixed it themselves promptly.
"Thank you so much for the great review [member name removed]. You are a joy to work for. Your home did have a few unique issues but I think everything came out great. I was happy to see the back deck jacked up just like my installer said it could be. Goes to show the years of experience my crew has. Thank you for the opportunity to work on your home. I look forward to hearing from you in the future for additional home improvements."
Everything went great. Once I choose what doors I wanted, Kim gave me an estimate that was far less than any others we got. She had her installer come measure for exact size a few days later. When the day came for them to install the doors I had a family emergency and had to cancel but they rescheduled for the next day. They came and installed the doors just as expected and everything looks great. They even installed new doorbells for me even though I hadn't even thought about that. Kim was there to inspect the work her guys did and make sure the finished product looked great. I have already recommended them to my neighbor.
"Thank you for your positive review. You were a pleasure to do work for."
