First rate. Irene's English is a little more fluent that Borris', but both are very nice, honest and attentive. They wouldn't take any money, even as a deposit, until they spoke with their watchmaker about what might be possible. He called me personally and told me he could try to find the parts on the Internet, but as the watch wasn't very valuable to start with, converting to a quartz movement might be the most sensible thing to do, both in terms of time and cost, as well as reliability. I am very pleased with the final result.

They are just excellent. I will never go to another jeweler. They know diamonds and will appraise. They are ethical and honest. They have magnificent jewelry. Their prices are reasonable.
