My contractor came prepared with his drone in hand on my pre-visit on Friday and the job was completed on Saturday evening. The job was completed to perfection. Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
The team replace part of the roof but I was continuously having leaks in my bedroom which then moved onto my closet. It bought down my clothes rack and the leak moved onto the second bedroom. I therefore was fed up with the back and forth and getting the same result that I had to seek out another roofing company.

Raja was very responsive tp my queries, the work was completed on time and on budget. The workers always cleared up the trash. They also repaired a sidewalk and painted the back (outside) of the house. I was very satisfied with what they did.

My work involved a flat roof. I worked with Raj. I had another bid that was comparable but Raj was faster in responding and wanted to see the inside damage as well as the roof. The other company was only concerned with the roof and never thought to look at what was going on inside. Raj was responsive, worked with me on the price and explained what I should expect before things got started. He was genuinely polite and professional. The work was done well too.
