Zefi came quickly, fixed it, no charge.

The two men couldn't have been nicer or more personable. They were also very funny. They arrived EARLY, came in, evaluated and got to work. When there was a problem, it was explained to me so I could make an informed decision. It took them several hours, so I consider the $400 to be very reasonable.

It went very well. The two plumbers arrived swiftly, were courteous, quick and clean, and they charged only 265.

On November 2nd the plumber spent 2 hours trying to clear the drain then left and called someone else (i believe it was a different company) who cleared the drain in 20 minutes. 
The first plumber returned to remove the cartridge from the water mixer and took it to their warehouse/supplier to see if it was in stock.  I had provided the original documentation on the mixer and don't understand why a phone call wouldn't have gotten the answer saving him time and me money..  He returned to reinstall the old unit until the new one was received. This day cost $500.
 The plumber returned on November 9th and replaced the cartridge.  This was $230 for labor for 30 minutes work on this follow up visit. as well as the cost of the replacement cartridge ($209).
I questioned the separate invoice for he second day and asked since the name of the plumber was on the invoice whether that meant I should expect another invoice for the plumber who cleared the drain.  2 weeks later I was told that there would be no further bill.
I am happy with the results, but think it was expensive.

The repairman arrived on the day the company was called. He was knowledgeable and able to resolve the problems rapidly.

The dispatcher gave me a window of time. Twice the plumber came early. The first time I couldn't get home in time. The second time I made it home. The first time was about three hours early. At first the two guys didn't seem very professional. They talked to each other and not me. They were addressing issues you shouldn't talk about in front of a client. They misunderstood over the phone what kind of toilet I had. They didn't bring any tools in with them. He kept sending his partner to retrieve the tools. I'm not quite sure if he knew what the problem was, but he fixed the toilet. Once the man wasn't working around his partner he was courteous and helpful.

Zefi Plumbing is an awesome plumbing company. The man came when he said he would and he was very nice, clean, and professional. This was an ideal experience. They have an initial hourly rate that goes down after the first hour. I was very pleased with them.
