No work performed because provider never made appointment to see area in which work was to be done, even though he promised to make appointment to do so. Did not return messages left on his answering machine.

I THINK THAT THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CAME OUT WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF MY CALL. I TOLD THEM EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND THEY DID IT FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID. IT LOOKS GREAT.
