Whenever they come over to help me with my computer, they are always professional and they have never failed to fix a problem. They have also recommended good anti-virus programs and upgrades to keep me current. They make appointments and stick to them, but if they are going to be a few minutes late, they will call to let you know. The person I always use is head of Tech Support at a New York City museum and has many years of experience. They are available nights and weekends, and at this point work only in Manhattan. I had software installed so that they can fix my computer remotely -- they do not actually have to come to my apartment for minor problems, and have fixed things for me on a timely basis in the middle of the day. They are simply the best and most reasonably priced IT people in Manhattan.
