+ -1 moreI spoke to the rep to complain as I was going to cancel the service. Instead they were very helpful and offered me a special discount to keep the account open. overall very good customer service..
Description of Work: I recently called the company to complain because they auto re billed me for a renewal subscription. The rate was doulble what I paid initially.
