 + 0 moreThis was a huge undertaking, as you can imagine. The way these contractors had everything lined up, as far as materials and the extra contractors they hired in was wonderful. It was a dusty, messy job, especially in the beginning, but they did a great job of keeping things as neat as possible. The quality of the materials used was excellent and they listened to and accommodated our wants and needs for the new construction. We are pleased with renovations and would recommend them highly.
Description of Work: They renovated the bottom two floors of my 4000 square foot three story house. They stripped down to studs the first floor, which included rewiring, re-plumbing, new walls, ceilings and floors. The second story had the existing walls and ceilings redone and new flooring installed. They also replaced about 20 windows on both floors. They sub contracted out the plumbing and electric. Everything was done right through the painting, molding and even some wallpaper.
