Terrance did an excellent job of adding two SSD drives to my NAS server. He also came up with a better solution to power the SSDs than the manufacturer's instruction. The manufacture instructions were to splice the existing power cables to power the SSDs, but the wires could not reach the SSDs. Terrance showed me a SATA cable that would allow us to plug into the power cable, and then plug into the SSDs. He installed and wired everything to one of the SSDs and gave me instructions on how to connect the cable to the other SSD. I order the SATA cable, and with the instructions he left, I was able to connect the SATA cable to NAS power and then connect it to the SSD. I'm glad I found Terrance and will be using him for any future computer service I will need.

I called Mr. Terrance McCloud on June 19. He asked that I text him describing the problem with my computer and would get back to me. Never got back to me. I didn't follow up because I had doubts that this was legitimate business. His web site looked very professional, but his customer service skills were strange. The telephone number that I got from his site is his personal number. When I called, he made it clear that I had woke him up. Really, why answer the phone if you are closed.

Terrance did a great job installing my new hard drive and Windows 10 Home edition. He was very professional and provided an excellent service of picking up my laptop and delivering it back to my home. Terrence reviewed the repairs made to my laptop with me and confirmed it was working correctly upon delivery. He also provided an additional service of helping me review the settings and Microsoft credentials on my laptop.
